Meet our founder, Thomas
Let’s be real: HR has a reputation. It’s often seen as paperwork, policy, and the department that says “no.” But that’s not the HR I believe in—and it’s definitely not the one I practice. I’m a nationally certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) through HRCI and SHRM (SHRM-CP), with a specialization in Employment Law from Cornell University. But beyond the credentials, I’m someone who genuinely loves helping people and businesses grow—together.
I started NevadaHR because I saw too many small businesses struggle with HR—pushing critical responsibilities onto overwhelmed office managers or untrained staff. The result? Burnout, compliance issues, and teams that lose trust. I knew there had to be a better way. So I built one.
I help businesses like yours get back on track with HR that’s smart, strategic, and actually works for people. I use modern tech and real-world know-how to simplify payroll, compliance, hiring, and leadership—without the jargon or sticker shock.
