After drafting the survey, we provide recommendations, and you decide if additional questions are needed. The survey is then distributed to all team members via text, email, or other preferred methods.

We gather the data and provide a comprehensive report without identifying any individuals. All information is confidential and securely hosted on NevadaHR servers. Exit surveys follow a similar process: we send a link to recently terminated employees, collect their feedback, and report the data monthly.

Surveys can also be customized for specific topics such as benefits or any other area of interest. Part of our service includes holding clients accountable by requiring actionable changes based on survey results, ensuring continuous improvement and engagement.
