*Poster Guardian service pricing is on a monthly, per poster basis. For Spanish and English posters, for one location/Company, would equal to $16.00 per month.

**We will help you find the best HRIS/HRM solution for your business. We partner with BambooHR and Rippling, offering excellent options for various small business needs and budgets. If neither software suits your needs, we will assist with the implementation of an alternative solution. However, ongoing management of the software may not be provided and will be discussed on a case-by-case basis. Pricing for the HR software is not included in pricing stated. You’ll receive a formal quote with all fees associated with the software.

***To take over and manage your payroll, we require that you use one of our approved systems to ensure compliance and ease of use.

Are there any contracts?

Our contracts can be canceled with a 30-day notice. All contracts, including pricing, are valid for 12 months and will automatically renew. If there are any pricing updates, we will notify you at least 30 days before your contract’s renewal date.

What if I need a service that isn’t included in my current plan?

We offer customizable services and can tailor a service to fit your specific needs. Contact us to discuss your requirements.

How do you determine how many employees I had?

Once a month, we require a PDF roster of all team members, including their hire dates, generated from your payroll or HR software if you’re not using a supported system. We use this report to determine the maximum number of employees you had for the month, which is used to calculate your monthly bill.

If you’re using a software we support, we’ll gather this information ourselves, so you won’t need to run any reports.

If you’re on a software we support, we’ll gather the information ourselves without requiring you to run any reports. 

Will you require access to our HR software?

This depends on you and your comfort level. If you’re utilizing Rippling, BambooHR, or another HR software that we support and implemented for you, we’ll have access to the main account for further management, and as part of our agreement with the applicable HR software. 

If you have a HR software you utilize currently, you do not have to grant us access to the software, though we would be unable to assist you in the management of the software, and may provide limited consultation on topics that would require access to employee information. 

If we implement an HR software with you, and then cancel services, do you retain ownership of our information?

Nope! In the event you cancel services with us, any access or accounts that we have to your HR software would be disabled, and if applicable, ownership would be transferred to your account. 

For transparency reasons, both softwares we are certified to implement and partner with, provide audit reports that would show any information or setting that we update/change, so you remain in the know of what goes on!
